1. Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance through the official booking system. Appointment times are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment has been received and the booking has been approved.
2. Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Coventry Recovery Studio does not store card details or payment information.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please use the contact page as soon as possible. Requests are handled manually and may be subject to the cancellation window shown at the time of booking.
4. Mobile Service
Coventry Recovery Studio provides a mobile massage service. Clients are responsible for ensuring there is enough space for the treatment table and a safe, suitable environment for the session to take place.
5. Health & Suitability
Services are provided for general recovery, relaxation, and wellbeing purposes only. They are not a replacement for medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice. Please disclose any relevant health conditions before your session.
6. Refusal of Treatment
Coventry Recovery Studio reserves the right to refuse or end a session if the environment is unsafe, unsuitable, or if inappropriate behaviour occurs.
