These terms explain how bookings, payments, cancellations, mobile appointments and treatment responsibilities are handled when using Coventry Recovery Studio.
1. Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance through the official Coventry Recovery Studio booking system. Appointment times are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment has been received and the booking has been approved.
2. Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Coventry Recovery Studio does not store your card details or payment information.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please use the contact page as soon as possible. Requests are handled manually and may be subject to the cancellation window shown at the time of booking.
4. Mobile Service
Coventry Recovery Studio provides a mobile massage service. Clients are responsible for ensuring there is sufficient space for the treatment table and that the environment is safe and suitable for the appointment to take place.
5. Health & Suitability
Services are provided for sports massage, physical recovery and general wellbeing purposes. They are not a replacement for medical treatment, diagnosis or medical advice. Clients should disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries or other information that may affect treatment before the session takes place.
6. Refusal of Treatment
Coventry Recovery Studio reserves the right to refuse, postpone or end a session if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable, if treatment is considered inappropriate, or if inappropriate behaviour occurs.
