Where it began
Long before Coventry Recovery Studio existed, massage was already part of my life.
My dad worked in a physically demanding job and often came home with aches, stiffness, and discomfort from years of manual work. Between me and my two brothers, we would take turns helping him with massage.
While my brothers saw it as something to get through quickly, I found myself genuinely wanting to help relieve the discomfort and understand what was causing it. Over time, I became the person he would ask for whenever he needed help.
Those early experiences eventually led me towards Sports Therapy, where that interest grew into a professional focus on recovery, movement, and helping people feel better in everyday life.

Hi, I'm Lee — a Sports Therapist trained and graduated from Coventry University, and registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapists
My work focuses on helping people reduce muscular tension, support recovery, improve movement, and feel more comfortable in their body.
Whether you’re active, working long hours, dealing with stiffness, or simply looking after your wellbeing, each treatment is adapted to your needs.
Why home visits?
Mobile massage is designed to make treatment easier to access. There’s no travelling to a clinic, no waiting room, and no need to drive home afterwards.
Everything needed for the session is brought to you, including the massage table, towels, and equipment. All that’s required is a small clear space to set up.
